Grace Wood, MS, LPC
Grace loves working with individuals exploring their identity, which can include: religion, sport, family, career, occupation, relationships, gender, and sexuality, along with many other unique facets. This exploration often takes place in the form of the questions “who am I” and “what am I doing with my life” which can be overwhelming! There are countless aspects to our identities that deserve attention and understanding, and a therapist can be an enormous support. Grace takes a non-judgmental stance with clients and hopes to help them take a non-judgmental stance toward themselves.

Najeeha Khan, MS, LPC
My favorite part of being a therapist is the act of bearing witness- bearing witness to my clients’ truths, to their traumas, to their unique stories, and to their identities. I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and from there I developed a dynamic and relational approach to therapy. I believe that distress can be rooted in the effects of our past and present relationships, and therefore healing can also be rooted in relationships. What this means is that I want our therapist-client relationship to be a place of safety and healing for you. No concern is too big or too small for therapy. I encourage you to reach out to talk to me about anything under the sun.
If you want to try counseling, but don't think you'll need continual sessions, ask me about doing a single session during our free 30-minute consultation!
