Natalie Hain (She, Her)

MA, LPC-Associate, NCC

At the heart of my work, there is a deep knowing that healing, growth, and change emerge from true connection. Connection to ourselves, to others, and to the present moment. I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative space rooted in safety, curiosity, and compassion. I truly believe that without curiosity and compassion, there would be no awareness or presence. My hope is that our work together will feel like returning back to clarity, wisdom, and yourself. At Luminary, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate under the supervision of Jennifer Williams Buffalo, LPC-S, LMFT-S.

I take a holistic and integrative approach to therapy and believe that lifestyle and daily habits are essential players in the healing process. In our work together, I will meet you with genuine care, honesty, and openness. My approach weaves together somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, Attachment Theory, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), helping you make sense of your inner world through body and mind.

I am called to support young adults and adults navigating life transitions; women, particularly new mothers or those experiencing burnout and overwhelm; couples of any kind; and individuals processing grief and loss. If you are feeling stuck or longing for change, I would be honored to walk alongside you with presence and support as you find your new way forward.

A Word from your Therapist

It is a privilege to be invited into your healing journey! I understand the courage it takes to dig into this type of work, and I am ready to support you on this journey. I value honesty, presence, and embodiment. I truly believe we all have the capacity to create a life rooted in authenticity, and I hope to help you get there!

Personal Identities

I understand what it’s like to navigate self-worth, anxiety, and life transitions. I have experienced divorce, friendship shifts and the bittersweetness of watching children grow into adults.

Educational and Work Background

I graduated from Seminary of the Southwest in May 2025. I began working in the service industry at age 16 and continued on and off for most of my adult life. During the years of raising and homeschooling my two sons, I also began teaching and studying mindfulness practices. Engaging in these practices has enhanced my life and helped me to get through some tough days.

Hobbies or Personal Interests

I enjoy running, hiking, cooking, yoga, reading and spending time with friends and my children.

Why Did you Become a Therapist?

I became a therapist because I believe in the magic of service. Devoting my life to helping others find their truth, live with less suffering, and offering a safe space for folks feels like a life well lived for both myself and my clients.
