People-Pleasers Support Group
This group is for individuals who:
- Want to get better at setting and maintaining boundaries
- Often find themselves putting others’ needs before their own
- Are curious about why people-pleasing became a pattern
- Want to build confidence in expressing thoughts, feelings, and needs
What to Expect
We meet once a month, exploring rotating topics that help you deepen self-awareness and practice real-life change in a supportive environment.
Rotating Topics Include:
- What is People-Pleasing? / Where It Started
- The Cost of People-Pleasing / Boundaries
- It’s Okay to Say “No” / Tolerating Guilt & Anxiety
- Creating & Maintaining Authentic Relationships
Each support group session offers a blend of psychoeducation, reflection, and discussion, allowing you to connect your experiences with others who truly understand.
About the Facilitator
Lauren Leal, LPC-Associate
Hello! I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Low self-worth
- Intergenerational trauma
- ADHD
- People-pleasing behaviors
Many of the clients I work with are seeking to better understand themselves, set healthier boundaries, improve relationships, and break cycles that no longer serve them.
I strive to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
